Heart Meltz's most complicated lollychoc design so far ~;)

Hello everyone, I am so sorry for not updating this blog as often as I should. The truth is, I have not had the time to make anymore chocolates since Christmas. The last few batches I made were for Christmas gifts and to stockpile for my family's chocolate diet. Hehehehe....

Anyways, I owe you the photographs of the most complicated lollychoc design I have ever come out with. It took me almost 3 whole day and nights to complete them. Being an architecture graduate, this long back breaking hours reminds me pretty much of model making and drafting on CAD from my student days. My hands were shaking at the end of the 3rd day putting up the final touches of the details. I have to select the prettiest heart shapes, the brightest sugar balls and ensure that the tie wire have all the colours evenly represented...there are of cos easier ways to finish my lollychocs, but me being me here they are...my most complicated lollychoc design ever.

Pretty , aren't they ? They turned out so pretty I couldn't help grinning and hope they bring much cheer to the Christmas celebration ! ;)

As for me, I have taken a month off chocolate making since...
